Select the Print headers and footers checkbox to print the headers and footers as set up in the Page Setup sheet.

Select the Print titles checkbox to include column titles when printing the outline.

Use the Filter checkbox and the radio buttons below it to print only items whose status checkboxes are checked or unchecked; this is useful for things like to-do lists.

If the Print selected rows only checkbox is selected, the only rows that will be printed are ones that were selected in the outline when you summoned up the print sheet.

Select Expand to show all children to print all items regardless of their current expanded/collapsed status on the screen. Otherwise, only visible items will be printed.

Select Print row handles to print the row handles; otherwise they will be omitted.

If Include notes is selected, the notes will be printed. You can choose to only print the notes that are currently visible in the outline, or to expand and print all notes.
